After you have chosen your new flat, you can have the conditions for your mortgage loan presented to you directly in our sales area. Mortgage specialists from VOLKSBANK SLOVENSKO will immediately propose the most suitable type of mortgage loan to you.
You can purchase your new flat in cash, or you can take advantage of mortgage financing from any bank. 20% is enough for buying your flat, with the remainder being drawn from a mortgage loan – with the possibility of arranging an individual payment calendar and 100% refinancing of the price of the flat by the bank.
Payment calendar:
- 20 % of the total price of the flat is paid on signing the Contract on Work
- 80 % of the total price of the flat following official building approval
